FRET Software

• FRETView is program developed by this group to reduce much of the complexity involved in obtaining FRET parameters for various donor/acceptor systems.  It integrates many of the equations used for doing FRET calculation in an easy to use interface.
• PhotochemCAD is a program for use as a computer-aided research and teaching tool in photochemistry.  It also does some FRET calculations.
